Mapping My Existence

In my photographic journey, I map the existence of my children, layering their unfolding narratives over the contours of my past. This work transforms memory from non-physical recollection into tangible form through a process that merges photography, image transfer, and lithography. Each image is drawn, transferred, and reworked on stone or plate, allowing memory to be inscribed—literally—through touch, repetition, and mark-making. The resulting prints function as visual cartographies, connecting generations and bridging the spaces between personal and collective history. As both cartographer and traveler, I document and am transformed by the process, creating a permanent record of impermanence—an archive where the physicality of print gives form to the fragility of memory.
